For TNT Express & Logistics, AHV has conducted a thorough
review of the company’s healthcare capabilities and
matched that against the specific life science demands of
the Asian market place. On behalf of TNT, AHV has identified
and targeted life sciences customer leads. AHV has also
assisted TNT in developing its operational plan for market
entry by determining the partnerships, technologies, protocols
and skill sets required to successfully establish TNT as
a player in the Asia Pacific life sciences arena.

For Singapore’s Tsao Foundation, AHV conducted a strategic
review of the Foundation’s many services in place
since 1994. With the CEO’s direct input, AHV embarked
on a two-month internal and external audit of Tsao’s
current market positioning, quality and depth of services,
research and advocacy. AHV interviewed key government officials,
funding organizations, other service providers, existing
and former staff, and “customers” of Tsao services.
The output was a complete analysis of Tsao’s existing
strengths and weaknesses as well as a ten year forward plan
with emphasis on how to operationalize year 1-3 goals.
